Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On May 21, 2016, Plaintiff A was aboard I city bus owned by H Co., Ltd. 2. The assertion and judgment
A. The plaintiff's assertion that the plaintiff A knife the bus stop in order to get off the bus stop, and the bus entrance of this case fell down on the door below the entrance of the plaintiff A by pushing the plaintiff A with the plaintiff's name in a sudden fashion. Since the accident of this case occurred due to the operation of the bus of this case, the defendant, a mutual aid business operator, is liable for damages suffered by the plaintiffs pursuant to Article 3 of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act.
B. Article 2 subparagraph 2 of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act provides that "operation" means the use or management of a motor vehicle according to its usage, regardless of whether the motor vehicle is transported by a person or an article.
