"2013 High Court 967"
1. The Defendant, around 20:00 on April 30, 201, received 1.2 million won as the borrowed name from the victim who believed to be true by acquiring 1.2 million won as the borrowed name by acquiring 1.2 million won as the borrowed name from the victim who believed to be true, by stating that “The Defendant would have repaid 1.2 million won upon borrowing 1.2 million won as 1.2 million won as 1.2 million won as she would have repaid her bonds, and would have repaid her without going through the following month” to the victim D who became aware that she would not have any intent or ability to repay her money despite borrowing her money.
2. On May 31, 201, around 19:30 on May 31, 201, the 19:30,000 won received 1.3 million won as a borrowed name from the victim who believed that he/she is true by deceiving the victim D to pay the money to the bond business operator. The 1.3 million won is to be repaid to the bond business operator prior to the borrowing of the loan.”
