Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, from around 19:00 on June 11, 2013 to around 22:20 on June 14, 2013, operated a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “F” from Gwangju Northern-gu E and the third floor, Defendant A engaged in the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc., such as arranging sexual traffic, by employing B, C, H, I, etc. as female workers, and receiving 1.20,000 won of sexual traffic from sexual buyers and allowing the said employees to sexual intercourse over ten occasions as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. Defendant B and Defendant C, while working as a Kabter employee at the date, time, place, as described in paragraph (1), managed female employees, received 120,000 won from sexual buyers, and assisted A to engage in the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. for business purposes as described in paragraph (1).
