Defendant

A is the owner of the "DPC bank" in the Daejeon Dong-gu 31st floor, Daejeon, and the defendant B is the employee of the above PC bank.

1. From January 19, 2015 to May 7, 2015, Defendant A set up a manager page on a manager’s computer, unlike the contents of the game classification conducted by the Game Rating Board from the above scam to the above scam, and received cash from the customers and provided them with the scam of the manager’s page in order to enable the Defendant to play games by directly charging game money and providing the ID and password under another’s name.

2. Defendant B: (a) received approximately ten (10) days from April 15, 2015 to May 7, 2015 a daily allowance from the above scambling room; (b) received cash from customers; and (c) made it easy for the Defendant to commit a crime by installing the game products with contents different from that classified by the said A and providing them to customers for their use.
