1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 257,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 28, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. From December 16, 2013 to December 1, 2015, the Plaintiff leased a total of KRW 269,400,000 to the Defendant over eight occasions as indicated in the following table.

The defendant is obligated to pay 250,00,000,000,000 won remaining after excluding 12,400,000 won already paid to the plaintiff and 15% interest per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day after the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment.

2. Judgment deemed to be a confession based on recognition (Article 208 (3) 2, the main sentence of Article 150 (3) and the main sentence of paragraph (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
