Of the instant lawsuits, the Defendant would be D at an extraordinary general meeting of June 5, 2011.

1. Basic facts

A. As to the defendant clan, 1) The defendant clan was composed of 100 members of the clan around 208, which is composed of descendants who are 22 years of age of the clan and cF, who are 100 members of the clan, but was composed solely of 24 years of age I and J descendants who are f's descendants (as seen in the rear, the clan was used in the name of the defendant clan separately from the defendant clan, and since it is clear that the clan designated by the plaintiff was the defendant as the defendant by the defendant was the f's representative, the defendant clan refers to the clan that is the f's middle group of the defendant clan.

Article 13 (Special General Meeting) shall be convened by the Chairperson when the Chairperson deems it necessary or when the board of directors adopts a resolution.

§ 14 (Board of Directors) The Chairperson shall convene meetings as necessary.

B. At the special meeting of the defendant clan held on June 5, 2008, the resolution was adopted to the effect that the descendants and the descendants of I divided the property of the defendant clan into the property of the defendant clan and that the descendants of I divided it. 2) On March 28, 2009, the defendant clan made a resolution to pay the above money to the clan (hereinafter "J clan") of which the defendant clan was jointly created by J among the property of the defendant clan in the special meeting of the defendant clan held on March 28, 2009, and around that time, the defendant paid the above money to the J clan.
