A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. The defendant's sole criminal conduct;
A. On April 2020, the Defendant: (a) purchased a psychotropic drug from a person under whose name the Defendant came to know of the mobile-citing camblion (hereinafter “camblon”); (b) transferred KRW 300,000 to an account designated by the winners of his name without passbook; and (c) purchased a camblon by means of taking approximately 0.5 g of a hidden camlon from a house near the City Heung-si B market to a postal box; and (d) transferred a camlon to the account designated by the winners of his name.
B. Around 22:00 on Apr. 2, 2020, the Defendant administered a penphone in a manner that 0.3g of a penphone in the Defendant’s residence located in Heung-si C by heating it into a pen, and then inhales it by using plastic promptly. 2) On Apr. 2, 2020, the Defendant administered a penphone in a manner that 0.2g of a penphone in the Defendant’s residence located in Heung-si C by inserting approximately 07:0 on Apr. 1, 2020, the Defendant 3 administered a penphone in a manner that inhales it by using plastic as soon as possible.
3. On June 8, 2020, at around 03:25, the Defendant, in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, administered 0.4 ghopphones in the guest rooms of the Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, in a manner of inhaleing them by heating them on the day of Aluminium aluminium, and then promptly using plastics.
C. At around 09:55 on June 8, 2020, the Defendant possessed a phiphone in a manner that conceals approximately 9.31g of philophones contained in the vinyl Bail contained in the toilet garbage bag in the guest room of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D hotel E.
2. Joint offenses between the accused and F;
A. The Defendant and F purchased a penphone from a person with no name (hereinafter “G”), and conspired to sell it, and the Defendant designated a total of 22 times from around 01:54 on June 7, 2020 to 22:59 on the same day.
