A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 31, 2013, at around 03:00, the Defendant calculated the drinking value and returned to the place of “D” at the main point of the trade name “D” located on the first floor of Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the reasons that the said main point goes against E and shoulder, which is another customer of the said main point, the Defendant left the face of the victim F (32 years of age) who embling the Defendant, fright of the victim F (32 years of age) who embling the Defendant, and embling the body of the victim F (32 years of age) who embling the Defendant.
