Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 498] On May 31, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the District Court of Jung-gu District on September 29, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in a governmental prison on September 29, 2013.

On March 19, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.112%, without obtaining a driver’s license, and the Defendant driven a CPoter II truck with the degree of 3 km up to 10km from the Defendant’s house located in Jeju-si Bapo-si 10, Jeju-si.

[2016 Highest 1598] The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 4 million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) or a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) at the District Court on December 22, 2011. On May 31, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 6 million won and completed the execution of the sentence in the government prison on September 29, 2013, and was detained by the Jeju District Court on April 5, 2016.
