A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2016, the Defendant lived with the victim from Pyeongtaek-si building from around 2016 to around 3 to 4 months at the defendant's house located in Pyeongtaek-si building, and the defendant's house located in 9 Dong 201, and continued the relationship between the victim and the victim who did not have habitually transferred violence after coming from the defendant's house.
