If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2014, the Defendant driven B truck at a section of about 1 km from around 22:13 to around 0.13% alcohol concentration at around 0.13% at the bottom of the Busan Heung-gu, Busan, the lower court driven B truck at the section of approximately 1km from the road located in the Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Busan.
