Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 23, 2013, at around 00:25, the Defendant damaged public goods, at around 00:25, the 373-12 reported on the road located in Silri-si 373-12, the Defendant laid down the instantnets of the patrol car belonging to B district in the Gyeonggi-ri Police Station B district (No. 12, CYF Sota) of the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station, which was called out after having received the said report, in a hand-time, and continued to set off the said patrols several times in two weeks, so that the repair cost would amount to 550,645 won.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the use of goods by public offices, thereby harming their utility.

2. On August 23, 2013, at around 01:10, the Defendant: (a) damaged a wing wing string string string string string 2 times at an emergency room operated by the victim E Hospital located in Guri-si; (b) caused damage to a string string string string 2 times at the market price of the string 5,000, installed in the place; and (c) damaged a string 33,000 string string string string string string string strings

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.
