1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff, C, and C’s branch were corporations, and the Defendant is C’s spouse. The Plaintiff, C, and C established a corporation to purchase and sell the land of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, and three parcels of land, and to build and sell a new building (hereinafter “instant project”).

B. In the presence of F on November 23, 2014, the Plaintiff, C, and D entered into a partnership agreement with respect to the instant project with the following content:

After establishing a corporation and purchasing 1,180 square meters for E-Gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, the 300 million won of the contract deposit for the business of constructing and selling a building on the ground is the financial method that reports the profitability of the PF Projing business plan and provides funds.

On January 5, 2015, the Plaintiff, C, and D agreed to prepare a written agreement (No. 4) with the following contents, and to add H and two parcels of land adjacent to the above E land (hereinafter “instant land”) to the instant project site.

The three representatives of Defendant C, D, and I (hereinafter “I”) (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) agree with regard to the establishment and distribution of profits in connection with the new construction of J(tentative name) K in astronomicalan, as follows, and bear civil and criminal responsibility.

2. The principal of the 300 million won (total of 600 million won) of the down payment for the land in Seo-gu E-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and the down payment for H land shall be repaid to investors I within three months.
