Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 18, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 2 years of suspended sentence, 1 year of imprisonment, 1 year of imprisonment, and 10 months of imprisonment at the Suwon District Court on September 14, 201, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the previous prison on December 14, 201.
C In order to intentionally cause a traffic accident and receive a high amount of insurance money, C had the Defendant borrow a siren vehicle from the rental car company in advance, and shared the role such as D and E shocked with the said rental car, and the insurance company will receive insurance money against the insurance company's compensation team staff.
On November 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) borrowed a G K5 car from the Fene Cita Young Port on November 18, 2012 at G K5 to the place causing an accident; (b) stopped the said vehicle as planned from November 18, 2012 at the first alley route in the new forest path No. 5, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul, to stop; and (c) there was no actual shock on the rear side of the vehicle, and there was D or E.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 20:15 on November 18, 2012, conspired with C, E, and C, and C, E, in collusion with the victim, claiming insurance proceeds from the victim Samsung F, Fire, Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., as if the Defendant had not been shocked by the vehicle, caused injury to the said vehicle by shocking D, E, and then was locked without any other follow-up measures. D, E, without any shocking fact by the vehicle, was treated by the c, E, etc., at the c, for the c, E, and D, in collusion with the victim, who was the victim Samsung F, Fire, Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., which was the rental car insurance company, and was charged with KRW 2,400,00 on November 26, 2012.
