A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At night, at around 04:00 on February 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded with a cret in the victim E management F in Yangsan-si, the Defendant: (b) cut off with a 200,000 won in a way that he collected and cut off the bar bar in which the tape is attached to the end; and (c) cut off the bar box in which the tape is attached; and (d) cut off with cash attached to the tape.

2. Intrusion upon a structure, theft;

A. On June 16, 2012, at around 13:06, the Defendant opened and intruded a cret in F, such as Paragraph 1, using any cret inf, and used the cret inf, and used the cret inf, thereby thefting KRW 100,000,000, which was the cret in the same manner as Paragraph 1.

B. At around 12:00 on June 19, 2012, the Defendant opened and intruded a cret in F, such as Paragraph 1, by using any cret inf, and installed a cret inf, and 50,000 won, which was entered in the process in paragraph 1, was stolen.

3. On February 24, 2013, at night, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a cret that is inside the victim H management of the victim located G in Gyeyang-si on February 24, 2013; (b) attempted to steal cash in the manner described in subparagraph 1; and (c) attempted to steal cash by the victim; (d) attempted to do so by the means described in subparagraph 1.
