The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. Around August 2002, the Plaintiff’s summary of the Plaintiff’s assertion lent KRW 34 million to the Defendant by means of lending the marina passbook (CF). The Defendant only repaid KRW 10 million out of the above loan on November 30, 201, but did not repay the remainder of KRW 24 million. Thus, the Defendant is obliged to pay the Plaintiff KRW 24 million and delay damages.

2. The evidence of the plaintiff's submission of judgment alone is insufficient to acknowledge the above facts, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge this, so the plaintiff's above assertion is without merit.

3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is dismissed for lack of reasonable grounds.
