A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a director of C Co., Ltd. for the purpose of construction execution.

At around 14:00 on March 16, 2015, the Defendant sought to issue a certificate of guarantee in the name of E Union, which is necessary for the contract for construction order, at E Union F branches located in the third floor of the building in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and requested to issue it. However, the Defendant refused to issue a certificate on the ground that the C Company was not able to pay national taxes and pay back loans.

Accordingly, the Defendant, at the above E-Union F branch office, spreaded the f branch office, and demanded issuance of a guarantee letter once again, and, if the refusal is rejected, did not put the fire actually.

Therefore, on March 16, 2015, from around 14:00 to 15:00 of the same day, the Defendant bought cropers (19cc in blade length, 30cc in total length) in the above C Co., Ltd. office located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and contained them in the Defendant’s bags, and purchased cropers, one liter in a steel store where the trade name located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is unknown, and contained in the Defendant’s bags, and then purchased cropers in the Defendant’s bags where the trade name located in the vicinity of the said steel store is unknown, and then stored in the Defendant’s bank F branch of the said ECo.

At around 15:10 on March 16, 2015, the Defendant again requested H and I, an employee of the EF branch office of the said EF branch, to issue a certificate, but refused to request the issuance of the certificate, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance, such as: (a) the knife the knife and the knife lid which was prepared as above; (b) the knife the knife of the knife and the knife, and opened the knife on the floor and the knife of the knife; and (c) continuously intending to put the knife with the kn

Accordingly, the defendant prepared fire prevention to a building in which people exist.
