The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal in the judgment of the court below (the total of 5,00,000 won and the total of 16 hours in sexual assault treatment programs) is deemed to be too uneasible and unfair.

2. In full view of all the facts pertaining to the judgment, the fact that the defendant recognized the crime of this case and reflects the fact that the defendant had no record of punishment due to the same crime, the circumstances leading up to the crime of this case, the progress and progress thereafter, the degree of the indecent act of this case, the age, occupation and other matters pertaining to the sentencing as shown in the records and arguments of this case, the prosecutor's assertion is without merit, since the judgment of the court below is judged to be appropriate.
