1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff A KRW 15,577,00 and its amount from November 7, 2009, and KRW 16,577,000 to the plaintiff B, and this shall apply.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Status of the parties and conclusion of the sales contract of this case 1) The defendant is the Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as "Macheon City").

(2) On November 7, 2009, Plaintiff A and the Defendant entered into a sales contract with the effect that: (a) the instant apartment unit Nos. 101,302; (b) Plaintiff B and the instant apartment unit Nos. 331,540,000, respectively, on November 6, 2009; and (c) Plaintiff C and the instant apartment unit Nos. 1138,802, and KRW 328,180,000 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”); and (b) on February 10, 2010, the instant apartment unit Nos. 1113,80,000 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
B. Eable block, which is the site of the instant apartment, is located in the east-do of Yong-do, an island located in the Incheon Jung-do. The Seo-do of Yong-do, has an airport in Incheon, and there is an airport new city in its surrounding areas. The Young-do of Yong-do was opened in November 2000, and the airport railway in the section connecting the Incheon International Airport and the Kimpo Airport was opened in March 2007, and the Incheon National Housing Corporation was opened in October 2009, the Incheon National Housing Corporation and the Incheon National Housing Corporation were designated as the Incheon National Housing Corporation and the Incheon National Housing Corporation under the Act No. 203-19 of August 11, 2003 as the Incheon National Housing Corporation and the Incheon National Housing Corporation were established as the Incheon National Housing Corporation and the Incheon National Housing Corporation under the Act No. 2060, Jun. 2, 2007, the Incheon National Housing Corporation and the Incheon National Housing Corporation were designated as the Incheon National Housing Corporation and the Incheon National Housing Corporation under the Act No. 2, Incheon National Land Corporation and the Incheon National Housing Corporation.
