A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father of the victim C and D.

1. Indecent acts by force against victims C;

A. On December 27, 2012, around 22:30 on December 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was a victim (8 years old) who was intending to diving from the Defendant’s home room located in Gun E with the Defendant’s home located in Gun E; (b) “The Defendant 8 years old; or

We can see that it refers to the victim's two descendants, and the victim's body is "mast-day", and the victim's body was forced to commit an indecent act by force, by holding another hand, the victim's arms and breasts, which met with the victim's body, after preventing the victim from resisting the victim.

B. On November 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) prevented the victim from resisting by the said Defendant’s house; and (b) took care of the victim’s arms and chests, etc., committed an indecent act by force against the victim’s blood.

2. Indecent acts by force against victims D;

A. On April 1 to 5, 2013, the Defendant met the victim (10 years) who was intending to sleep in the above Defendant’s house, and the victim’s defect, “I would like to do so,” and “I would like to go against the Defendant,” and the victim could not resist the above facts charged on the victim’s family because I stated that “I would like to put her hand in the Defendant’s house,” but the victim D stated to the effect that “I would go to the Defendant’s house, etc.,” and it is difficult to recognize this part of the facts charged, to the extent that it does not interfere with the Defendant’s exercise of the right to defense (the page 42 of the investigation record).

In other words, the victim was forced to commit an indecent act.

B. Around October 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim (10 Does) who was under reporting TV by the said Defendant’s house and was under reporting TV in the said Defendant’s house, by failing to resist by the said method.
