A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of six months, and Defendant D shall be punished by imprisonment with labor of four months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a business owner who operates a commercial sex acts establishment under the trade name of "I" in six units, such as 306, 502, 706, 804, 901, and 1006, in Seoul Special Metropolitan City H building officetels 306, 502, 706, 804, 901, and 1006, and Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D, together with J (Detention on April 19, 2018), are running in the said commercial sex acts establishment.

Defendant

From February 3, 2018, A, from around six rooms of the above officetels, employed female workers and recruited unspecified gender-purchasing men to suggest commercial sex acts on the Internet site, and provided good offices and places to enable them to engage in commercial sex acts in the above officetels. Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D visited the above place of commercial sex acts with J to provide equipment necessary for cleaning and commercial sex acts and to collect and deliver the proceeds of commercial sex acts between female and female, and received KRW 100,000 per day from A in cash, respectively.

The Defendants, along with J, operated a sexual traffic business establishment as seen above. From March 14, 2018 to March 14, 2018, the Defendants: (a) had female employees K and L receive 1.50,000 won as the price for sexual traffic and had them do sexual intercourse; (b) from February 3, 2018 to February 3, 2018, the Defendants found the said business establishment from around March 1, 2018 to around March 14, 2018 to around March 14, 2018.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with J to engage in acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
