Punishment of the crime

The defendant is operating a singing practice hall at the 3th floor of the thought-gu Busan Metropolitan City.

On September 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 01:50 on September 16, 2015, the Defendant: (b) intending to get out of the singing practice room (or 25 years of age) before the said singing practice room, carried the Victim’s arms, etc. on his hand; (c) obstructed the Victim’s left knee part of the elel part, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and (d) faced the Victim’s knee part, and (e) put the Victim into an open kne part of the kne part.
