A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2014, the Defendant, in collaboration with C, abandoned the infant E, while leaving the hospital, on the ground that the Defendant, as a parent of the E (n, 1) giving birth to D06:21, the Defendant, as a parent of the E (n, 1) who was given birth to D06:21, was unable to nurture E despite the legal duty to protect E, was deserted.
