A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) In relation to the organization of the Autonomous Committee on Countermeasures against School Violence in 2018 (hereinafter “instant autonomous committee”), there is procedural defect in the composition of the instant autonomous committee in that it is as follows.

(1) The election of members representing parents of the Autonomous Committee on Countermeasures against School Violence shall be conducted at the plenary meeting of parents pursuant to Article 13(1) of the School Violence Prevention Act, and such fact shall be publicly notified to parents in advance.

However, the defendant is the autonomous committee of this case at the parents' meeting in 2018.
