Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of B-si, and the victim C (29 years old) is a driver of D-vehicle.

On February 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 19:05, on the ground that the victim’s vehicle ahead of the bus stops located in the 45-gu in Gwangju Northern-gu will run late at the bus stops, and (b) opened a mutually favorable door and take a bath for the vehicle.
