Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Where a person liable for military service moves his/her place of residence, he/she shall file a move-in report pursuant to Article 16 of the Resident Registration Act within 14 days.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not make a move-in report without justifiable grounds, even though he moved to the place of residence to the building B or C of the Incheon Southern-gu, Seoul on October 20, 2017.
