Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On June 22, 2015 through June 24, 2015, at the 21:00 office of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B2nd floor, the Defendant received chophonephones from C free of charge and received 0.05 grophones.
