Punishment of the crime

1. A criminal defendant who has attempted to larceny special larceny, night building intrusion theft, night house intrusion theft, theft, structure intrusion, special larceny, attempted special larceny, night building intrusion upon a victim D at night around 23:00 on November 201, 201, when he intrudes into a restaurant through a window opened in the E-cafeteria operated by the victim D at Jeju city, and then steals 30,000 won in cash, which had been in a depository located in the victim’s bank and in the victim’s possession, from around 20,000 won until December 13, 2014, and then steals 30,000 won in cash, from around 20 times to around 20,000 won in the market price of the victim’s possession, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and stolen property or stolen property after destroying a part of the building at night, or withdrawn in cash from the victim’s name by taking advantage of the passbook in the name of a third party, and attempted to steal or destroy part of the building.
