Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:30 on February 5, 2017, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main business by force for 31 minutes from the same day to 02:01 on the same day by 31 minutes, including the following day: (a) the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, was able to brea off a passenger, who was on the side table B B of the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a large interest of “math, Madra, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad.”
