A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. In other words, after getting aboard a taxi, the victim stated that “the fluent fe” and “the flue farb far farb farb.” and acted as if he would threaten the body of the victim, and interfere with the victim’s taxi business for about 10 minutes.

2. On February 24, 2016, at around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender under suspicion of interference with the foregoing duties in front of the said C District; and (b) took the Defendant into the C District; (c) putting the Defendant at the seat of the C District; and (d) assaulted the police officers who belong to the said District on the left left part of D on one occasion due to a sudden fall.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the police officer's legitimate performance of duties concerning the prevention and investigation of crimes.
