Defendant
A A shall be punished by a fine of eight million won, and each of the defendants B and C shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
B as the wife of F, the president of Seoul E building (hereinafter referred to as “E building”), a person who engages in the original sale of E building 149 and 150; Defendant C is a person who engages in the original sale of E building 102; Defendant A is a person who engages in the original sale of E building 102; and Defendant A is a person who works as the director of the management office of E building.
Victim G(56 years old) leased 132, 133, 136, 137 of the E building on February 17, 2012 and tried to operate the H Association I branches and originals sales business, an incorporated association.
The Defendants thought that if the first branch of the H Association operated by the injured party is located in the building that is the original shop, the status of the original shop will collapse. They thought that each injured party would not interfere with the operation of the H Association first branch of the building.
1. Defendant B, on January 11, 2013, sought the name from a large number of merchants with the E-building 132, 133, 136, and 137, and the name is unknown, Defendant B and the victim G, who had been performing interior interior interior interior interior interior interior screening work for the occupation of the ID branch offices of the H association, and the J, who is a construction business operator, wished to talk with the disabled, and interfere with the victim’s work, by preventing the victim from entering and leaving the H association I branch offices of the H association.
2. Defendant C, at around 14:30 on January 16, 2013, at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1), the Defendant interfered with the Victim’s H Association I’s work by: (a) preventing the Defendant from proceeding with the victim G, who was performing indoor interior interior interior decoration for the sales of the II’s branch offices, and the J, a construction business operator, from going through a bath to the J, and from going through a threat by placing the land on each part in the surrounding area.
3. Defendant A’s building on February 24, 2012 in order for the victim to reside in the office of the H Association I branch office.
