A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 11, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitually collective group, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Seoul Southern District Court (hereinafter “Seoul Southern District Court”) and completed the execution of the sentence in the female prison on August 1, 2013.

1. On March 31, 2014, at around 19:28, the Defendant damaged the front glass window of the above restaurant (a.e., 1.5m Ga, 2.5m Ga) in an amount equivalent to 300,000 won at the market price, on the ground that the victim E (n, 46 years of age) reported himself as a drinking disturbance around the D cafeteria located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

2. Around 23:00 on April 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim H (57 years of age) who was going to a stage and singing at the main points of “G” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and the victim who was employed in I was laid to go to his/her seat; and (b) assaulted the part of the victim’s head at one time on the left-hand side of the victim’s head, with a beer who was a dangerous object on the table.

3. On May 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 08:37, and around 43, Gangseo-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-ro 24-ro, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, left the victim’s face by drinking the victim’s face on the ground that he/she would take the victim’s bath while sitting together with the victim J (year 52).

On June 6, 2014, at around 02:30 on June 6, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim L(42 years of age) who was walking in the opposite part while under the influence of alcohol on the front side of K in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the shoulder was faced by the victim's own hand at one time.
