Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From January 1, 2014, the Defendant was in office as the head of the general affairs department of D Co., Ltd. in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, and was in charge of personnel affairs, employment, sales management, etc. of the employees belonging to the said company; and the victim E (n, 47 years old) from March 19, 2014 to August 3, 2014, the Defendant was under the jurisdiction of the said company’s park business team and was under the supervision of the Defendant’s business by serving as the sales employee from the special copon in the F Park operated by the said company as the sales employee.

1. On May 3, 2014, at around 10:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by force on 2-3 occasions, on the part of his/her hand, at around 10:0, the Defendant: (a) posted the victim’s scrop to the victim’s side; and (b) made the statement, such as “I would have sold ice” and “I would have sold ice.”

2. On May 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim, i.e., the victim’s arms at the lower end of the victim’s sales, and by force, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

3. On May 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by force on the part of the victim, taking the victim’s hand at his/her own discretion, from the above-mentioned special copon, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim.

4. On June 4, 2014, at around 13:00 on June 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) viewed the victim’s sales account book as “I see how you will see after funeral,” and (b) made three times less the victim’s neck, and (c) avoided the victim’s body that he did not refuse to do so, and (d) committed an indecent act against the victim by force by force by undermining the victim’s hand.

5. On June 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim by taking the son’s arms against the victim at his/her own discretion from the specialty copon around the lower end.

6. On June 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by force on the part of the victim, with the victim’s knife at his/her own loss, from the above special copon, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim.
