Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 폭력행위 등 처벌에 관한 법률위반( 공동 공갈) 피고인 B은 2016. 11. 경 스마트 폰 어 플 ‘ 양 톡’ 을 통해 C이 공지한 ‘ 같이 일하실 분, 수입은 짭잘합니다’ 라는 글을 보고 C에게 연락하여, C로부터 약국에서 비약 사가 의약품을 판매하는 장면을 촬영하여 약사를 협박하여 금품을 갈취하는 소위 ‘ 팜 파라치’ 방법으로 돈을 벌 수 있다는 말을 듣고 피고인 A에게 연락하여, 피고인들은 C과 함께, 전국의 약국을 대상으로 비약 사의약품 판매 등 약국의 위법행위를 몰래 촬영하고 그 영상을 가지고 약사들을 협박하여 금품을 갈취하기로 공모하여 2016. 11. 경 약사들을 상대로 ‘ 비약 사가 의약품을 판매한 것을 적발했다 ’며 겁을 주어 3 차례 금품을 갈취한 후, 2016. 12. 경부터 는 수익금을 늘리고자 C을 배제하고 피고인들 끼리
