1. All of the instant lawsuits are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is a clan that consists of descendants who jointly set up K'K' (hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff clan") as EC 26 years old.
The defendants are all the members of the plaintiff clan, and they are defendant B (part of the plaintiff clan C, hereinafter referred to as "defendant B").
(2) E is a son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s 23 years of age from G, I, 25 years of age, J, 26 years of age, and K’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son, M, N, and
B. On December 25, 1975, Defendant B, along with some of the clan members, enacted the clan Regulations (hereinafter “the first Covenant”), and the main contents are as follows:
