A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

【Criminal Facts】

On September 15, 2019, at around 00:15, the Defendant driven Bone Star-kicking Vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.123%, in the three-meter sections of the front road of the penty Park in the Gangseo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, 75-ro.

Accordingly, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
