The sentence against the accused shall be determined as a fine of 3,00,000 (three million won).

Punishment of the crime

On September 17, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) instructed the police officers, such as the Seoul Dobong Police Station C District D, etc., who were dispatched after receiving 112 reports on the front side of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B apartment 1701, to explain the disturbance in a detailed manner; and (b) assaulted the police officers, such as the Seoul Dobong Police Station C District D, etc., by stating, “Chewing sprinks, police officers, and shesphere, shes on the third party day, and shesphere, shesphere.”

As such, the Defendant interfered with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of the 112 reported case.
