Punishment of the crime

Defendants are those who have worked as a marine cooperation company E at the time of macroscopic D.

1. From June 10, 2015 to September 17, 2015, Defendant A received KRW 3,182,000,000 as unemployment benefits for the period from June 19, 2015 to September 25, 2015, without having been unemployed, Defendant A received KRW 3,182,00,00 in total from around four times to September 17, 2015 by submitting an application for unemployment recognition, etc. to the Busan Regional Employment and Labor Agency, which was unaware of such fact.
