1. Defendant C, D, and E: (a) from January 1, 2015 to October 29, 2015, respectively, with respect to each of the said KRW 216,098,116 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) was established on November 3, 201 for the purposes of the development, sale, lease, investment, and operation of real estate. At the time of incorporation, Defendant B’s shareholders (58,500 shares, 32.5% shares, hereinafter “instant shares”) and Defendant C (40,500 shares, 22.5% shares), D (40,500 shares, 22.5%) and E (40, 40, 500 shares, 22.5%) and 22. At the time of incorporation, the Plaintiff worked as the representative director of the Defendant B’s company.

B. On May 7, 2014, the Plaintiff and Defendant C, D, and E have different opinions on the issue of additionally raising operational funds. Accordingly, the Plaintiff transferred the instant shares and loans to Defendant C, D, and E (hereinafter “instant bonds”) and entered into a contract for the transfer of shares with the intent to resign the representative director (hereinafter “instant contract”).
