A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 30, 2015, the Defendant forced indecent act committed an indecent act by force against the victim H (V, 23 years of age) who was on board G in the entrance of G in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City on June 30, 2015, stating that “the victim’s humbuck paper” was “the victim’s humbuck paper (See knee knee knee knee knee knee knee kne)” and committed an indecent act by force against the victim.
