Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on November 14, 2013, the Defendant listened to the statement that the Defendant’s mother-child B was facing the Victim C (the age of 43) at the Busan Police Station’s security office located in Samsung-gun, Busan, the Busan, the District Police Station located in Samsung-gun, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim by taking a part of the victim’s body parts, such as the right shoulder dump, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment.
