1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) B is the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

A. Of the volume of 305 square meters in Busan Jin-gu, Busan (hereinafter referred to as "Cin-gu") drawings shall be indicated in attached Form 1.

The principal counterclaim shall also be deemed to have been filed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. (1) On September 30, 2014, the Plaintiff received the Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s receipt No. 53501, Sept. 30, 2014 (hereinafter “instant land”).

8. It is the owner who has completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale of 20.

B. The Defendant B’s husband, who was the husband of the Defendant B, acquired on October 16, 1987 the ownership transfer registration was completed due to inheritance by agreement division on November 19, 197. However, the Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of inheritance by agreement division on November 19, 197.

【Defendant C’s real estate” is a real estate acquired through sale on December 6, 1974 by I, and Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 20, 2006 due to gift on September 20, 2006.

B. In the instant real estate owned by Defendant B, part of the instant real estate owned by the Plaintiff is constructed over 15 square meters in the part “B” connected in sequence with each of the items indicated in (i) Map No. 3, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 20, and 3 (hereinafter “Defendant B-related dispute land”), among the instant real estate owned by the Plaintiff, part of Defendant C’s ownership of which is the Plaintiff’s ownership of the attached Form No. 21, 22, 23, 24, 24, 15, 14, and 21, each of which is “C” (hereinafter “Defendant C-related dispute land”).

D. Meanwhile, among the real estate owned by Defendant B, the status of “A” part of “A” connected with each point in sequence A, B, C, 3, and A, is widely known and used as a passage to the instant real estate.
