Reasons
Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
A. At around 01:00 on July 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00, the Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-ro 3, the Defendant, within the subway station, carried out one of the documents owned by the victim C, which he was under the influence of alcohol and was set up on the floor; (b) cash 2,000 won; (c) document bags; and (d) credit card such as the documents bags; and (d) six head of the Tong such as the Agricultural Cooperatives; (e) one cell phone charging machine; and (e) one cell phone charging machine.
B. Accordingly, the Defendant habitually stolen the victims' objects at least twice as above.
2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On July 5, 2014, around 07:20 on July 5, 2014, the Defendant is running in the “J” restaurant operated by the victim I in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, as if he would pay the normal food cost.
