A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant viewed obscenity containing rape, etc., and had been able to rape an unspecified female by intrusioning studio, etc. near C University, such as the content of the aforementioned obscenity.

1. On June 30, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime around 00:25, Jun. 30, 2013, in front of the “F” studio building, which is a studio for women’s exclusive use by the victim E (55 years of age) located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in front of the studio building managed by the victim E (55 years of age), the Defendant: (a) provided that CCTV installed on the outer wall of the studio for rape of an unspecified female does not be taken by the above studio 2 and the studio of the 2nd floor through the studio in the multi-use room where the laundry of the 2nd floor was installed; and (b) invaded the victim’s residence by opening the window and the studio outside the 25 years of age outside the said studio and taking out the inner studio.

2. On September 15, 2013, around 03:15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim I (n, 26 years of age) and J (n, 26 years of age) with a view to rapeing an unspecified woman; (b) entering the victim I (n, 26 years of age); and (c) the victim I (n, 26 years of age) with a view to rapeing an unspecified woman; and (d) intrusion upon the victim’s residence, respectively.

3. Crimes committed on October 10, 2013;

A. On October 10, 2013, around 04:35, the Defendant entered the residence of a female student of the C University located in K in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and had a drainage pipe installed on the above dormitory outer wall to rape an unspecified female, and entered the above dormitory 224 room where the victim L(20 years of age), and the victim M(n, 21 years of age) were living, into the above dormitory 224 room where the victim M(n, 21 years of age) and invaded the victim's residence.

B. In the same time and place as the above paragraph (a) above, the injured Defendant: (a) threatened the victim with the victim’s damage to the victim; and (b) threatened the victim with “brud damage”; and (c) caused the victim to inflict an injury on the victim, such as bad salt, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment.
