A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is not in the production company, and the victim C (the age of 26) is a person who has worked as a part-time student in the same company as the defendant.
