Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:30 on October 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was trying to walk the office entrance within the office entrance without any justifiable reason within the office room of 1112 Sari Station 4, the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sari Station 1112; and (b) was trying to remove the above things on the books that “I have ever come to ever,” and (c) prevented the victim B(54) from suffering from the service; (d) however, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s work by walking the office entrance of “I will see that I would see because I have been dismissed,” and by creating a strong atmosphere, obstructed the victim’s work by force for about 1 hour.
