Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. A person is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on the road; around 15:40 on June 1, 2015, around 73, the village located in the city located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul; the person is operating a motor vehicle bppppack in his/her own B, which is not covered by mandatory insurance on the road located in front of the National University Cancer Hospital located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, to approximately 1km from the road located in front of the river basin located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul;

2. Any person who intends to drive a motor vehicle, etc. shall drive the motor vehicle, etc. after obtaining a driver's license from the local Commissioner General of the National Police Agency, as described in paragraph (1), without obtaining the driver's license;
