Reasons

Punishment of the crime

Around May 2019, the defendant was aware of the victim C(n, 24 years of age) who resides in the same public notice source in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B public notice source as the introduction to the Director of the Public Notice Board.

1.
