A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On August 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months for the crime of interference with business at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 21, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On July 23, 2014, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) around 04:30 on July 23, 2014, at the E-ju store located on the first floor of the Seoul Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D D, the Defendant expressed a desire to customers on the ground that the victim frights himself/herself; (b) walked a trial cost; and (c) broken off the glass cups on the floor, thereby making the customers leave the room.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's bar business.

2. Damage to property;

A. The Defendant: (a) at the time and place of Paragraph (1) and paragraph (1), at the time and place, did so by the victim C; and (b) took the back door of the said danran bar with walking the back door of the said danran bar, thereby damaging the light light wires at a level equivalent to 400,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession at the same place.

B. On July 24, 2014, at around 00:50, the Defendant destroyed the Victim G while assaulting the victim G, such as paragraph 3, at the front of the exit 2 near EF Station in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, by lowering the safety diameter worn by the victim, thereby undermining the floor.

3. Around July 23, 2014, the Defendant committed assault on the part of the victim G (the 59-year-old) and the part of the victim’s neck and the sphere in drinking with the victim, and on July 24, 2014, around 00:50 on July 24, 2014, the Defendant used the victim’s face two times by following the victim at the front side of the sphere Park Jae-gu, Seoul, the second sphere-gu, the second sphere-gu, the second sphere-gu, the second sphere-gu, the second sphere-gu, the second sphere-vise of the victim.
