1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. The following facts may be found, either in dispute between the parties, or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to Gap evidence 1, 2, 3, and 4, evidence 5-1, 2, Gap evidence 6, evidence 7-1, and evidence 7-2:

A. On May 31, 1955, the name of L (2/13), M (3/13), N (2/13),O (2/13/13), E (2/13/13; hereinafter “Defendant D”) and the name of Defendant C (2/13/13/13), registered on November 16, 2005 with respect to the shares of M (3/13/10) in the instant land as the reason of the inheritance. The registration was completed on November 14, 2005 with respect to the shares of M (3/13) in the instant land, and registered on November 16, 2005 under the name of Defendant C (2/13) with respect to the shares transferred in the instant land.

B. The P clan of this Part (hereinafter “Defendant clan”) filed a lawsuit against M, L, N,O, and Defendant C and D seeking implementation of the registration procedure for the transfer of ownership on the ground of termination of trust in the name of the real estate, such as the instant land, etc. on April 27, 1979 (hereinafter “former lawsuit”). It is confirmed that the ownership of one half of the instant land is against the Defendant clan, while the ownership of one half of the instant land is in the name of M, L, N,O,O, Defendant C and D on the registry, and the amount of remaining after deducting public charges was sold under an agreement with the Defendant clan in the name of M, L, N,O, and C and D on the registry was distributed in 1/2 shares, and the shares of M are to be 3/13.

However, with respect to one-half of the shares of O, Defendant C, and D (2/13 of each of the shares) in the instant land, the registration of relocation was completed on August 11, 2008 in the name of the Defendant clan on the ground of the trust under the name of June 20, 207, and one-half of the shares of N (2/13) in the instant land.
